"A friend recommended to come here, and she was right!! My visit today at 10:20am on a Tuesday was an outstanding experience that not only exceeded my expectations but also offered exceptional value. From the moment I walked in, Mr.Hoang’s warmth, authenticity and welcome created an incredibly positive environment. He took the time to listen to my needs, as I tried my best to explain the car issues, and thoroughly explained the issues about the car, and proposed effective solutions without making me feel pressured. When I didn’t understand something, he would either draw it on paper for me, or better, actually show me what a drain plug looks like and how dirty my air filter was. I learned so much during my time there!! His transparency and honesty instilled a sense of trust, which is often hard to come by in the automotive industry. Moreover, the overall customer service from the entire team was remarkable. When Mr.Hoang said that my drain plug was stripped and hard to come off, he asked what I wanted to do and offered to keep trying to get it off, which thankfully they were able to! Through every step of the way, he was communicating with me and made sure I knew what was happening. The whole team was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. The quality of work done on the car was top-notch and I left the shop feeling confident in their services.
