"You can never get in contact with someone in the office. You can only speak with a third party who will provide inaccurate information just to get you off of the line. There is a young administrator at the receptionist desk that needs to be fired immediately because she wasn't simply having a bad day, she needs a personality/ reality check. Her attitude is awful. It took her an hour past my appointment time to tell me that they don't accept my insurance (I called the third party JUST TO CONFIRM THIS). I watched her hehe and haha at her phone for an hour before taking a look at my form to tell me I couldn't be seen. Then she refuses to help you any further once she dismisses you. The waiting room was FULL and EVERYONE I witnessed come and go left very unsatisfied for their own reasons. They don't take HMO so if you have PPO insurance avoid this location!"

"I took my disabled brother to have a tooth extracted and his teeth cleaned. They double booked us and made us wait two hours while they saw other patients. After asking why we were waiting they admitted to double booking us and said I should wait a little longer since I’ve waited this long. I left. They don’t respect your time and the office is filthy."
