"This place is the worst. As a parent you trust your dentists to do a great job on your child. This was not the case. I urge you not to come here they only care about billing your insurance and not the child’s well being!!!!"
"Staff was nice . I brought my son in for some caps and was told at his original dentist that they literally just placed the caps on his teeth with out treating the root that disappointed me a lot because coming from a family oriented dentist I feel as if first colony mall dentist didn’t care for the issue rather just wanted to take the money and get my son out the chair I never wrote a review a day if my life but honestly that disappointed me. Never going there again"
"Literally the worst experience in my life.I asked about their whitening special when going in for my 6 month cleaning, and was told to wait for a half hour while Dr. Vlada and the girls all enjoyed Panera bread in the front. The office manager, Irma, suggested I get fillings even before I went to the back for my cleaning. Then they sit me in a chair for X-rays and whitening. I ask for a doctor consult prior to whitening since I always see a Doctor before doing something like whitening since I have a white spot on a tooth. They straight up refuse to let me talk to the doctor about it, since the doctor is too busy with her bagels in the front. Turns out from the x-rays, I had no cavities, so they tried to get me to do an intermediate cleaning. I told them I don't need a deep clean, and they responded "it's not a deep clean, this is in between the two. For just $140 extra we can clean you better." They argued with me when I said I just want the insurance-covered cleaning. Then they told me they might as well not do it since the polish was basically brushing my teeth, and the hygienist wouldn't be flossing or using the pick thing. I told her not to charge my insurance, then, and I could go somewhere else for the cleaning. She begrudgingly accepts that I don't want the cleaning and has the hygienist clean me. They didn't even wash the polish out of my mouth. One of the assistants call to the other "So is she doing the whitening or not, so i can put the stuff up?" Ridiculously unprofessional, very transactional, and little to no introduction from any staff member. I wouldn't recommend this sketchy place to anyone!"
"Think twice before going here. If you have extra money to just spend it; then go here. I have DHMO plan and I'm so unfortunate that my assigned dental clinic is first colony mall dental. Yesterday went for regular check up and cleaning. When I enter, I don't feel like I'm in clinic. Though it's in First colony mall but I felt like mall is in this clinic. Stuff talk to each other so loud while checking patients. Some unknown dentist came wearing mask on her face (without any proper introduction) did some formal check up and asked me to wait till she come up with treatment plan. I waited on patient chair for 1 hour just to hear that they can't do cleaning (that's what I came for) but they have to do deep cleaning which will cost me not less than $500 as co pay with total bill of $1,220. When I asked them I don't want to do deep cleaning and can do only regular cleaning they completely ignore my request. I think they setup their clinic at correct place (in the mall - profit business) with all the intention of making money out of the patients."
"The epitome of bad service!! Unfortunately we now live in a day in age where bad customer service is the norm. I went to this dentist office to get something that is a common procedure at most dentists office, a cavity fill. I left later that day feeling discomfort, and still feeling the same discomfort the week after. So I did as most would do, I called the office to tell them about my issue. Receptionist said the only time the dentist is available is on Tuesday, I had to wait another week to see the dentist. Mind you this is week 4. I go in see the dental assistant not the dentist, and they supposedly fix the problem. I AM STILL IN PAIN!!! We are now in week 5 . Avoid this place at all cost. - unsatisfied customer"
