"Had a root canal procedure done by Dr Shay. Dr Shay was proficient, friendly; between her and Samantha, her Dental assistant, the procedure went smoothly. I could tell that they really cared for me as their patient; they made me less anxious with their kind, gentle and encouraging words while I was on that chair. The front desk was friendly and welcoming and gracious Victoria explained to me the different options that I could take for future transactions. What makes C&C so special is their awesome staff and how trustworthy they are. Everyone is very welcoming and kind. If find that many remember the things going on in your life and seem genuinely happy to see you again. More importantly, I trust them with my dental health and experience. I always get the impression that they never recommend something that they don't think is 100% necessary. For example, I've never felt like they had to give me a filling I did not actually need. I also trust them when it comes to my comfort and pain level while in the chair. What has really impressed me is that they have fixed several items from previous dentists that has bothered me for a long time. I also appreciate that they have been able to help me when I have urgent items that need fixing. Even though I've moved further from the office, I continue to return here and will for as long as I can."
