"I must say...PAUL, CHRIS, NICK, and the ENTIRE CREW at the West Rd location went above and beyond to take care of my vehicle at this location. Brought my vehicle here due to issues not addressed at another location and they located the main issues that was causing the problem over and over that was not addressed at the original location. Paul was very attentive, knowledgeable, and accommodating during my visit. Even listened to my rant and frustration about my experience at the original location. I will ALWAYS bring my vehicle here for major repairs, even though I live 30miles away. I recommend this location to anyone needing great service mechanically and personally."

"First off, this is hands down the cleanest automotive service shop I have ever seen. The staff is very friendly. Every employee at the front desk said hi to me, checked if I needed a bottled water, and even gave me service updates. ALL OF THEM- not just the guy helping me. I went in for a routine oil change and asked the service guy to look over everything else. He came back and handed me a piece of paper with service quotes that were needed (based on my mileage) for my truck. No pressure whatsoever. Big THANKS to Nick McCann for his top-notch customer service. I will be back for sure."

I chose to use Christian Brothers Automotive on West Road to diagnose my check engine light because they were so awesome when I took my other 2 cars to them for the Texas inspection. Chris was very knowledgeable, understanding and extremely helpful. He explained everything that was going on with my car and had it fixed and back to me in a short amount of time. He is hands down one of the best!!! They have a GREAT team and Paul has such a great spirit and personality…he makes me laugh every time. "I had come in last Tuesday to see if I could get my fuel pump replaced. They were really friendly and helpful. I had brought in my own part and they were very upfront and honest about the total cost, as well as, warning me upfront about conditions of bringing your own part in and just having it installed. I feel like a lot of places wouldn't be this honest and upfront, which was really refreshing. My car is still running smoothly after about a week since they replaced the fuel pump. I will definitely return here for future car maintenance needs. An honest and friendly mechanic is always a plus, in my book."
