"Went here after reading some Google reviews and took my chances. My car needed a lot of things done to it after getting hit by a pole on the highway. Javier and his crew made the car back to brand new like it never happened. When I got the car back, I noticed there was a crack on my windshield that was never there before and Javier took it upon himself to pay to have it replaced without charging me. "I had recently had a scratch on my rear bumper and panel on my recently purchased 4runner. It was a Friday, I actually pulled up YELP and looked for recommendations. While doing research based on YELP reviews I came across Javier's Auto Body. A few things stuck out from the get go. 1) He had reviews, and I quick realized that they kept saying the same thing, Javier was very quick to respond and helpful. 2) When I did send a message, he gave me a call, an awesome quote and was very respectful. 3) He literally blew other body shops prices out of the water. I had two quotes elsewhere....But Javier, was quick to respond and gave me some great reassurance. I dropped the 4runner off on that Sunday, as I did this, Javier waited past business hours to introduce himself, give me the run down of all that he had to do and the time. That week, Javier stay in consistent communication, sending me video and image updates of the process. He also stayed true to his deadline(which wasn't a big deal because I wanted quality of time). But, his quality and time was very great. When receiving the 4Runner back, I inspected it all the way through, Javier's Auto Body did a FANTASTIC job at fixing my scratch and dent. My mother, who also has a small scratch, was so impressed that she too will be using Javier's Auto Body services' in the foreseeable future.
