"DO NOT GO HERE FOR AN ALIGNMENT!!! I purchased an alignment plan & have had to come several times to get this done within 1 year & ITS STILL IS NOT DONE CORRECTLY. I recently got in alignment done a couple of months ago, and have since had to take my car to the dealership to get a diagnostic test and the alignment was one of the first things that popped up on what was wrong with my car. I requested for a refund as this plan was $100+ & was informed that I would need to speak with the district manager by the name of SHAWN SLATER who has terrible customer service skill & talks over you. He basically found every excuse to not give me a refund even though the people at this specific location were not properly aligning my vehicle, as proven by the diagnostic exam performed by the dealership."

"I wouldn't go back to that location. The guy half way did the alignment in 5 minutes then told me they only adjust the front toe I had to argue with them to get the rest of the car in tolerance. He also bragged about being the best tech. He mentioned he wasn't pleased with me just looking through the glass watching him do the alignment. There is a big glass and chairs there for a reason.I usually don't go to this location but I happen to be in the area. But I'm pretty upset with my experience. I'm going to my usual place to make sure it was done properly. It was a complete waste of my time. I hope some kind action is taking with this guy. I feel bad for a customer who wouldn't know to point that out."
