"I had a appointment last week , and when I was 5 minutes away from the appointment time I received a text message for my paperwork. After arriving for my appointment I let both front desk girls know , one said she would look into it , while the other one with the reddish hair rolled her eyes at me and told to fill out the paperwork in entirety on the clip board and don't miss anything as I did . I returned the paperwork and let her know I had a secondary insurance which she just ignored me the other girl said she would look into it . When getting called back the assistant was fantastic ! she was very nice and personable - the hygienist was amazing she was fast and efficient and her cleaning was great no pain at all. Dr. Park - was so nice she gave me a plan for my teeth and wasn't treatment happy trying to get money you can tell she actually cares . I look forward to seeing the back office soon in 6 months."

"Went here in May to have my initial appt to have work done. Had an appt again in July...work wasn't completed. Here it is a week before November and I just heard from the 2 days ago through text reminding me of an appt. It was just weird to me bc this was an appt that they failed to tell me about. It also sucks that when you call they never answer, they text back instead. Just seems so scammish to me. In my opinion this shows signs of horrible customer service. The lack of communication is absurd. What type of business only commicates through text? What type of business dissappears for months and then pops back up texting you that you have an appt that they never informed you about bc it was never actually made until they decided to pop back up?"

I came here to get help with a botch job I got in Florida ans Dr. SAEED and his staff not only took care of me, he gave me an amazingly, perfect smile. I am deathly afraid of needles so he walked me thru the entire process from start to finish! I couldn't ask for a better dental experience. A little side bar, Dr. Saeed is a perfectionist so you won't leave without a through experience."
