"Yang is one of the most unprofessional, loud, and obnoxious dds that I've had the pleasure to experience. I had to cancel my appointment 2x, first one bc I was sick during Covid. Second bc I couldn't make it in March. She still made me do a panorex image even though I had a full image done on CD for her and her periodontist to see. She tried to whine her way into getting me to extract my tooth before my reschedule, when she realized that I stood firm on rescheduling, she threw a temper tantrum and got really loud and unprofessional with me and her staff even though there was one of her patients waiting in the small lobby. She wanted me to do my implant without providing me the estimated cost, I asked her why I had to do another panorex image when I've already provided her one from another dentist, she said she didn't know, Dr. Mong wanted it, of whom I've never got to see. Please don't go, there are other dentist out there that won't raise their voice and yell at you, and would like to have your business than Yang. She's one crazy nut of a dds"
"Dr. Yang has been our family dentist for well over a decade. She and her associates are extremely professional and get the job done quickly. She extracted my wisdom teeth which resulted in absolutely no swelling AT ALL. I should add that her services come at an affordable rate. I have never used a dental insurance plan with her."
