"Although it's alway a kind of hassle to take a car in to be serviced, the crew, especially Gina S, made the ordeal almost pleasant. I can't say enough good about the professionalism that the Land Rover Southwest Houston Service and Repair extended towards me while my car was being serviced. They allowed me to make a quick and easy appointment online the day before, which they honored without any waiting. I then was able to expalain the situation to my Service Advisor who was familiar with my problem and assured me that they will do their best and it was their expectation that they would have the care ready the next day after lunch. In the meantime, they arranged for a rental car or Lyft to take me to work and to the garage (you get a discount on the rental, but the Lyft is gratis), which was especially nice. The next day, and right on time, I was able to pick up my car and they not only fixed the problem, they washed and detailed the car, and performed some usual and cusomary maintenance on the car that I hadn't yet gotten to. All in all, I was pleasantly surprised and I would definitely use this crew again. They have a loyal customer in me."
