We came from 2 hrs away and he worked us in even though it cut into their lunchtime. They were great at keeping her calm and I will definitely be bringing the rest of my crew here if needed"

"I had never encountered a situation like my daughter's procedure, and I was NOT prepared for her reaction to the medication. However, Grissele, Ricky, Elena, and Dr. were fully prepared! Honestly, these individuals deserve a raise, and may God bless them! Without them, my daughter might have had to undergo the procedure again, and her insurance wouldn't have covered it. My daughter acted completely out of character under the medication; she had never spoken to me that way before, and I was panicking. The team helped me remember that it wasn't her normal self and guided me in staying cool, calm, and collected…. I kept asking “do all kids act this way?” And they kept reassuring me that they in fact did, but I knew they were just being courteous and kind. I could go on and on about these wonderful people, but to sum it up- I am eternally grateful!!!!!!!!!"
