"So extremely rude! Poor customer service and over the phone skills all because I missed an appointment then she hung up in my face, then called me an hour later, i apologized and asked could I reschedule my appointment for another day only to be told NO we can’t help you b/c they are very busy and hung up on me again! I have been a customer for 4 years but I will no longer be after this unfortunately b/c the service is always reasonable or so I thought but only to find a place that is going to perform the same service on my car for $50 cheaper… I guess God works in mysterious ways"
"Had a broken timing belt and tensioner. Mr Lee did a excellent job and my car is running like it's new. Him and his wife are good people."
"I was being charged $900 to repair my cracked Radiator. Also, stated that the radiator fan was out! However, I left this establishment and went down the street and was charged $455;for the same radiator, and was shown to me and my son that my radiator fan was working properly. The $455 included the parts, labor and tax. Mr. Le at Japan Care was charging me $300 for labor, , $200 for tax, which was not correct even for the $900 he was charging me. This man had so many positive reviews was what made go to him. Well, I guess he charge people according to the way he feel about their race!"
"First of all, I believe you won't find a better service and competitive price out there. I have lived in Miami, Los Angeles and now Houston, and I have never found a better mechanic. I have a 1999 Toyota 4Runner and after three different and unsuccessful mechanics Mr. Lee was the only one honest and able to fix a mayor issue I had on the steering system of my truck. After that Mr. Lee has help me upgrade and maintain my old 250k+ miles truck running like a new beast! Second of all let me tell you that the only 2 bad reviews on this place are very unfair. I have come to know Mr. Lee and Ms. Kim and they are great and very honest people. At first Ms. Kim seems to be a serious person but once you get to know her, you will se she is a very kind and helpful woman. To me Ms. Kim and Mr. Lee are like the perfect yin-yang team. On one side you have Mr. Lee who is very humble and nice and on the other side you have Ms. Kim who has to bring balance and toughness to the business! I totally recommend this place. Felipe"
