"Just want to say thank you so much to Mr.Kim for tune up maintenance on my car . Very friendly and provided me a great quote and great customer service. Got a quote next door at Firestone and just for spark plug replacement the total was $420 which is ridiculous. Went to US automotive center and was quoted $450 for engine tune up which included spark plug, air filter, cabin filter, engine belt. Mr. Kim of US automotive stated that $420 for just a spark plug replacement is way too expensive. So glad I listened to my intuition and advice from family members to come to us automotive! Always hear great things about them and my experience was phenomenal. Thank you Mr. Kim !!"
"I took my SUV here due to all the great reviews. A previous shop told me that I needed to have the dealership fix my OBDII port to get my care inspected. I'd read online that a specific sequence of events will cause the test to be able to complete, and Mr Kim was kind enough to indulge what I'm sure sounded like a crazy idea. Turns out, it actually did work. Very thankful for US Auto Center being such a kind shop to deal with!"
