"I was a walk in but they made a way to see me. I was interested in an advertising on their marquee. I was initially put off by the greeter’s lack of attention and enthusiasm in bringing me on as a potential client. Not being willing to accept the greeter’s laissez-faire attitude we got to the next step. I like other commenters was extremely uncomfortable with the blanks on forms that requested signatures. The young man who was my x-ray tech was polite & attentive. The Dentist was knowledgeable and frank. Which I appreciated. I believe I will consider using this office. Her plan is probably less profitable but it seems to be a better fit for me and she still presented to me, which I appreciated. I can definitely see this office has the potential to be disappointing. I believe the open concept office/lobby may need to be separated. Office personnel are to exposed to waiting patients and the well appointed lobby is exposed to inter-office jokes, playfulness and employee worklife. My Doctor was so awesome though, I am willing to return just to have her execute her dental plan for my dental needs. Crossing my fingers to be able to post a good review in the future."

"Where do I start, well let me explain why I’m rating them 1 star and if didn’t have to rate them, I wouldn’t even give them a star. There was a young lady at front desk who yelled across the waiting area and to ask me if I was going to make a payment you don’t do that you call me to the front desk and asked me privately. That was very rude and unprofessional. Then my daughter was called to the back to get her procedure done and the guy didn’t even greet us mind the fact that my daughter is a minor they don’t even invite you as a parent to the back they just call your kid’s name take them to back and leave you there in the waiting area. I didn’t care I walked to the back with my child. Another thing is when you walk to the back no one absolutely no one will speak to you, they don’t ask any question about your child’s procedure to make sure nothing is bothering them or are they having any pain, does the wire feel comfortable nothing!!!! They don’t communicate with you at all. My daughter’s bracket got lose, I have been having this issue since the first week when she got her braces. I’ve been to their office for the same issue twice already in less than a month and I wanted to let the guy know about it, he just pointed at some guy that was there talking to another patient. He didn’t say a word to me basically he was telling me I had to speak to that damn doctor. So I waited for him because I was going to ask him some questions he just stopped and looked at my daughter’s paper work and went on about his business he ignored the hell out of me, he knew I was standing there waiting for him but he didn’t care, he did not once asked me if i had any questions or concerns. Don’t ever get braces at this location they are so rude and the people that work in the back are even worse. I honestly regret getting her braces there. Please take the time to read all the reviews, I didn’t do that and now I’m stuck here. I hope one of the people in charged get a hold of me or leave their contact info, so I can call them about this matter. Please do not go to this office they are so rude and unprofessional they will not communicate with you about anything unless you ask but who do you ask nobody speaks to you there. Braces are not cheap so, I have all the rights to be inform about anything or everything that is been done plus I deserve to be treated with respect and good manners. I don’t care if they are having a bad day. We should always feel welcomed into their office."

"My son's appointment was for a general cleaning and orthodontist check-up. I wanted to see if they could take over his braces treatment plan. Well for some reason they removed a bracket, the wire, and the bands. They are refusing to respond to my calls and explain how this happened. This facility is very disorganized. They are not responsive. I have made at least 6 calls to the facility to try and get this matter resolved."

"I always have a good experience. The staff there are amazing and always find a way to help you out! Their patience and dedication towards the patients is really appreciated. They are never rude and always make sure you’re up to date. Love this place!!!"
