Take 5 Oil Change

"This location has gone way down hill. Unprofessional, no uniforms, on personal phones and vulgar explicit music playing loudly. I definitely won’t be back to this location. A shame, we’ve been using for years, I miss Charles being the manager here, great team and professional when he was there."

"Our recent visit to Take5 left us extremely dissatisfied. After getting our car's oil changed, we encountered issues with the check engine light shortly afterward. Instead of addressing the problem, the staff attempted to upsell additional services. When we returned seeking a resolution, the lack of professionalism was evident as two staff members, Chass and Jamal, engaged in a heated argument. The manager, Tuan, displayed a dismissive attitude, offering no assistance or solutions. Overall, the experience was frustrating, and we were left feeling unheard and undervalued as customers."

"The service was not good at all. They did not offer me water. The staff was not friendly. Then what I'm used to. I've been going to take almost 5 years. And I never had the experience. I thought all gave great service and Were friendly and you got the best. Not!! They didn't check any thing but the filter I won't be going back I will drive to Katy Tx"

"I have been there several times and normally I receive great service. The people are nice, friendly and informative. They typically offer water. However, I did not have the same experience this time. The person assisting me was the complete opposite of what I'm used to. I asked for an oil change and he just instructed some one to start the process. He did ask me which option I wanted. He did not refill windshield fluids, he did not clean the windshield or put air in the tires but lied on the invoice by stating he did. Did not thank me and when I thanked him he just replied "umm hmm" terrible service! The person that actually did the oil change was quick and amazing. If I come back and see that young man that helped me, I will leave and go elsewhere."
