Lakewood Dentistry: Zaina Timmons-Farah, DDS

"I give three stars cause I’m on the fence about this Dentist. I started going here about three months ago and every time I visit they’re always trying to upsell you something as if they’re like a CUTCO company or a roofing sales group. I had two crowns that needed to be redone. According to the doctor they put a temporary cap on and told me about my appointment to come back to install the cap I come back from my appointment I sit down the chair, expecting my cap to be done and the dental hygienist comes and says he’s there to do the cleaning and I didn’t need a cleaning cause I just had one a couple weeks ago, if this constant sailing continues, I am going to search for a different dentist in the area. I give three stars because the staff is nice but the real nice about just trying to turn your pockets inside out."

"Dr. Zaina is absolutely amazing! I have super bad anxiety and they were the most accommodating staff I've ever had!! Was beyond patient, listened to my needs, made me feel so comfortable! I had to have 3 root canals in one sitting, a bridge put in, some fillings, a lot of work!... even through all my squirming she was still so comforting. Will never go anywhere else. ❤️ thank you so much for making me feel comfortable to smile again!"

"Why not 5 stars? Nothing is perfect. The staff is very helpful and easy to work with. The office is very comfortable and relaxing. Dr. Farah is super nice, easy to talk to, and funny. The Dr and assistants take their time to explain everything they are doing. Then, on top of that, they take the time to answer any questions you have. Dr. Farah’s daughter is also a dentist here. Nobody in our family has worked with her, but what I hear from other people and her talking to others (patients & staff), she is also very kind and patient. I know this office charges a little more on the big procedures, but I feel like the whole package is worth it compared to budget dental chains. All the normal maintenance and upkeep procedures are around the same cost as everyone else. They take my “insurance”. Dental insurance hardly covers anything anymore, but that is not Lakewood Dentistry’s fault. I DON’T really look forward to my next dental visit (who does?), but I know I am getting top care at Lakewood Dentistry when I do need the dentist."

"I have to give Dr. Farah her flowers now, I have been a patient of her practice for well over 15 years. I have witness her kindness again and again to every patients. Dr. Farah truly a pillar in our community and she really loves and cares about the community and patients. Her staff amazing! everyone there feels like family and take care of you like family . "Had the most wonderful dental experience today. Dr. Farrah is superb. Very patient, gentle and thorough. I thought I would need a root canal but after her evaluation she realized I didn't. I appreciate her not doing more than was needed. Her staff is excellent and her office is clean and comfortable. So glad I was referred to her."
