"We had our truck here almost a month to get assessed and we followed up weekly and we were patient to NEVER get a real diagnosis on our vehicle. We were explained that this shop knows how important it was for hot shots to get their equipment back in a timely manner, yet we couldn’t even get our vehicle looked over properly over almost a month. No one ever contacted us to give us an update on our vehicle, we had to call every time. If you need good and timely service, DO NOT COME HERE."
"Hands down the best shop I've ever been to. i have a feul problem, I called and was asking questions about it. They said bring it by, 30 minutes (because of me asking questions) they had thr problems figured out. Brent explained everything that he was doing, why and what he was looking for. for people that need more than a word explanation he has part laying around for a visual aid. I highly recommend Brent and his staff, they are good down to earth people and know what they are talking about in depth. You have diesel problems got to them."
