"I don't think I've ever had a good experience at this location but today was even weirder. I came in and the store seemed a little busy. I knew what I was looking for so I just browsed around for a moment. While I was looking around I noticed the selections to choose from were actually quite nice. I found what I was looking for and the line was down to one gentleman. I was on the phone with a friend and noticing how annoyed the man at the front was... I totally get it. He seemed to be alone and had some people to help and a caller on the line or something. There was a language barrier between the two it seemed but the cashier was so annoyed I almost felt like he was just aming that anger at an innocent and confused costumer. The costumer realizes he doesn't have his ID or something for the purchase he apologized and said he'd be back later. I was uncomfortable just watching the interaction so I walked away and looked around a bit longer while chatting on the phone with a friend. I made mention that maybe the employee was having a bad and feeling overwhelmed and returned to wait as he finished another phone call with a costumer. This guy was very busy, what made me decide to put my product down and go to another location was the way he reacted the costumer on the phone. I watched as this man asked a question over the phone but as he got an answer he let his frustration win and held the phone with an outstretched arm and threw his head and shoulders over toward the counter and said something along the lines of "son of a b**ch" then returned to his call just as aggressively as it would have been if he'd of just said it to the person. I understand a rough day but I was so uncomfortable I just had to leave"

"Worst customer service ever !!!!! Came to this location because the one close to my house did not have the part I needed . There is 4 employees not a single one greeted us or asked can they help with anything , we waited like 3 minutes and to see if they would say anything . A lady just came out looked at us and went back , the only guy on the computer looked at us and instead of helping picked up an empty trash can and took it to the back . I am not the one to complain but this is very sad how people don’t care about their job or keeping their customers . By the way no customers were in the store at all . No ever giving my business to this place . I’d give 0 start if I could ."
"I usually buy most of my car and truck parts here, I was working on my daughter 4 runner, the belt broke on her engine and went into the front main seal and eat it up so I replaced the belt and seal so I went to O'Reilly and for the belt and they had to order the seal so in 3 hours they had my seal and a seal kit, I purchased both the seal and the seal kit because I hadn't started working on the engine yet but it was leaking out a lot of oil and want to make sure I had the right parts, it was only 16 dollars and some change for both parts, O'Reilly has good prices and parts and most of the guys who work there are knowledgeable about parts and tools you need to get the job done."
"This place went downhill bad ! The “managers” don’t even care about the customers experience. It was my second time in and still a bad experience. Wish I would’ve gotten the names corporate needs to start over with this store . There was only two people and one of the boys was just taking his sweet time and the “manager” was just straight up rude . So much for me liking O’Reillys . Will definitely let people know about this . I’m disappointed. Where is the zero stars option ."
