"I got a flat unexpectedly and was in need of new tires same day so I went to my local Firestone and walked in to two employees lounging on the couch which was the first sign of unprofessionalism. Then, I proceeded to let the techs know what tires I needed and they said I would have to leave my car overnight when techs were just lounging around doing nothing. I was then told I could go to another location if I wanted. No help calling another location nothing just horrible and unprofessional. Took my car to the sugar land location and they were extremely helpful and got it done an hour before closing! Do not waste your time or money at this location."
