"Omar is very punctual, showed up the same day I Called to check out our older model Lexus as it was having issues with the engine. Checked out the situation, and offered to begin working same day even though it was late in the afternoon. I opted to have him come back in the morning so he was rested and not rushed and not working late. The next day, on time , He explained the problem and offered the solution , suggesting additional preventative work to avoid costly repairs in the future.
