"My husband and I have been having our trucks serviced here for years. We have always been extremely satisfied with the quality of service and the time efficiency in which it is done."
"You had me meet you at your shop. You wanted to sell me a truck that you were not going to include in your fleet because it sat. We found out everything you said about the leaks being fixed was a lie. We also found out that when you bought it the vehicle had a lot of miles and a lot of problems. Weird how someone running a shop will roll back a vehicle mileage and sell it privately while falsely advertising the current mileage and condition. You failed to return my money and now You fail to acknowledge the pending lawsuit or contact lawyers. News and social media should all be aware because you are in a small town. Who knows who you prey on and if they have the finances to fight you in court."
"Short Review: Stay Away! They will not honor their quoted prices despite a signed work order and a deposit charged. Find a more honest company to work with. Longer Version: This is a disorganized and dishonest business that should be avoided. It took me several calls, texts and email forms to get scheduled and on the day they were supposed to come, I had to call in to remind them I was scheduled. When they were on their way they called and I headed over to meet them. I was waiting on the technician and got a call from the office manager. She informed me that the technician was unable to find the address. I told her I would be happy to try to help him and then she told me that her boss had told her that because they were working on a Motorhome that the hourly rate would be $175 instead of the $125 that was on the signed work order that I had submitted. They had already charged my car for $320 to cover the first two hours and a "trip" fee at this point. I asked why the increase in rate as they were sending the exact same tech that was quoted at $125/hr. Their explanation was that a motorhome was more work. I am really confused at this point. If they are charing by the hour wouldn't complexity in the job be reflected in the time required to complete the work not the hourly rate? I was just a straight rip off. They were not willing to honor the signed work order that clearly stated the rates and that they were working on a motorhome. Despite all the bible references on their website and work orders this company does not operate with integrity and honesty consistent with their stated christian values. I wasted several days trying to work with this firm and now I have to look elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and skip RVS and look for someone else to help you that will treat you with respect. UPDATE: The owner did call me subsequent to this review and did seek to understand the problem, apologized and offered assistance. I do appreciate that. I was in a situation with a disabled vehicle and had already arranged for alternate service. The office manager NEVER offered to honor the quoted rate. In fact, she told me she needed to charge my card for the additional cost. If the business intended to honor the quoted rate why even call me to discuss? Why not just honor it and move forward? I was out with the vehicle, 30 minutes from my home waiting for a lost tech. Had they called me and said the price hasn’t changed, I would not have cancelled service. The story changed when I left my review. While I appreciate the call had I not left a review no one would have ever reached out. The more fundamental problem with this whole situation is that that this service is being offered on a time and materials basis, meaning I pay hourly for labor plus any parts and materials they use. They dispatched the technician prior to realizing the “mistake” which means he was the same technician they would charge $125 per hour to another customer but for me because I had a motorhome he cost $175 per hour. Why? He is suddenly smarter or faster? No. You can’t say, “We charge more because they are more complex and it takes longer to work on them” as the office manager did, because if the job takes longer I will pay for more hours. Will the business pay the technician more because he worked on a motorhome? I highly doubt it. Had they been sending a different technician with different certifications or experience in my specific problem I might understand a 40% increase in rate. But the honest answer is they just charge motorhome owners more because they can not because they are providing anything extra. It is just a price increase that is straight profit to the bottom line with no added benefit to the custom or employee. I will leave it you to decide if you think that is right."

"Do not go here!! They are a scam! They charged me 320$ to come out and find the problem. When I already told them I need an airbag replaced. They spent about 10min to tell me I needed a new airbag and that he has to leave to go pick it up and there dispatch will send me an estimate. They quoted me 900$ just to replace one airbag lmao and said the cost of the air bag was 400$ I called fleet pride and got it for 145.00$ Stay away from these people they will trap you with charging you that 320$ and then come back with a crazy estimate. Total scam! Also the dispatch lady is a child and doesn’t know how to treat a customer whatsoever."
