LOZANO PAINT & BODY

"This was hands down the worst experience I e ever had with a small business owner! Mr. Lozano promised my vehicle in 7 days, then missed the deadline said it would be done in 4 additional days. Mr. Lozano then said it would be done in 2 more days. I finally told Mr. Lozano I am coming for my car no matter what, I got to his shop and he had me waiting an additional 2 hours for him to scramble around and try to complete the job. He then informed me he in fact had damaged the part he was supposed to have been repainting and that I would have to return if I wanted it painted correctly. Finally when I got into my vehicle I noticed someone at Mr. Lozano’s shop had broken my LCD screen on my stereo of course he denied it got into my car and pretended it was the first time he had seen it. “You know when a thief steals something from you and then helps you look for it!” I have included pictures you can take my experience and save yourself or you can use this clown and find out for yourself!"

"Owners is rude and disrespectful. Doesn't complete a job or even do the job up to standards. Incompetent and unthurough. Refuses to take responsibility for not doing things correctly or having the knowledge to do so. Absolutely worst mistake was bringing my vehicle here."
