"Have being dealing with this office since July of 2023. I went in for $1671.60 worth of work now I am at $4000 and still don’t have what I wanted and they are still asking for cash!!!!! They are gonna discount ME if I pay CASH but my insurance has paid for it all and Delores is saying NO!!!! Someone other than Dolores contact ME!!!!! Would like to get this settled"

"If I could give zero stars I would. I NEVER leave reviews but people need to watch out for this office…. This place just wants money and they don’t care about your health. The VA referred me to this clinic since they couldn’t help me.. I was seen mid December!!! as I arrived i was taken aback that it’s a literal house turn into a dental office.. I get my x rays done and the doc comes back and proceeds to say that I have 6 cavities, two are so close to my roots that they will be root canals later on… proceeds to say I have gingivitis and that my gums are extremely inflamed. They said there was so much plaque built up that they were going to need to do a deep cleaning and numb my entire mouth…. I was extremely upset and accused her of being drill happy BECAUSE 7 months ago I got a cleaning by the VA and my teeth were perfect. I’m also weird about dental hygiene and I floss every. Single. Day!!!!!! She proceeded to call me uneducated and belittled me and said “the hygienist will come and teach you how to brush and floss”. I left the appointment extremely upset and went to get a second opinion. I HAVE NO CAVITIES, NO INFLAMED GUMS… my teeth are perfect and healthy. This place just wants money they do not care about your health. DO NOT GO HERE."

"I called on Monday, there was an appointment available on Tuesday afternoon @2:20pm. I arrived early to do paperwork. I turned in the paperwork at 2:15pm and she took my ID. After 25 minutes I asked if she was finished with it. She had to retrieve it from the copier. I waited in the waiting room for 35 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Then the person who came to call me back got my name wrong. I was the only person in the waiting room. There was no apology for the wait. The ironic part is they charge $50 for a missed appointment. It was an initial visit and X-rays."

"I am extremely disappointed in this company. I was kind & so was everyone else my first appt. Like many I’m terrified of the dentist, but I was confident in their work. I had a tooth that cavity that was deeper than they expected, Dr.Lim even mentioned I need a root canal while doing the filing . After it was over I was charged an extra $60 because medicine was put in the exposed infected tooth as well as a cap. I have been in progressive pain since the precedure. First my entire left jaw was pulsating but I just thought it was from the procedure. Now the tooth is completely sensitive no to air, cold water and heat I have to sleep with heating pad TWO WEEKS later & face is swollen. I still kept taking ibuprofen and Tylenol in hopes it would go away it worse to the TOUCH. It never felt better and now I’m in excruciating pain so I called after no change, hopeless and was told “if you’re in pain why are you at work?” IM A SINGLE MOTHER, that’s why! Completely desensitized and unnecessary comment for such a “great reviewed place”, Delores. My issue is I was charged for a cap and putting medication on my INFECTED tooth but they knew I needed a root canal and further irritated the tooth leaving me in excruciating pain. Could’ve at least sent me home with antibiotics! They put a bandaid on a very serious issue. I got an emergency appt at another place TODAY not Wednesday as they offered while I’m calling in TEARS and they most likely will do a root canal And correct LMs work. I was always kind I was sick and still called repeatedly, I finally came in and this was a disaster. My sons were kind we were ALL polite! We don’t deserve this nor did I deserve a half job. It’s about money here and upselling, offering expensive products but neglecting standard work/procedures. After my sons appt was canceled because they’re in a location where the train ALWAYS stops I was over this company. You all knew I was so nice and so we’re my sons, you lost three great military clients. Extremely saddened I had to write this review, never again.
