"Advanced Dental Associates with Dr. Steve Edwards as the Master Dentist along with a full staff of other Dentists, Dental Assistants, Techs, Hygienists, and a complete Front Office staff (including insurance specialists, appointment scheduling specialists, billing specialists, and the friendliest Receptionists in San Antonio), all combine to make this one of the best dentist practices that I have ever seen. Your experience starts with a friendly voice on the phone when you call to make your first appointment. With several experienced dentists on staff, it is easy to get an appointment for the time and date of your choice. When you walk in for your office visit, there I are usually two receptionists ready (no standing in line) to greet and welcome you to their office with a beautiful smile and a kind word. The waiting area is large and spacious with comfortable padded chairs. Dr. Steve and his back office staff are usually on schedule (but they don’t rush through their patients), so you usually are “called” by a friendly assistant and taken back to the dental professional on time. If you need X-rays and/or other scans, they are fully stocked with state-of-the-art computer equipment and dental equipment. This includes comfortable reclining dental chairs in roomy exam rooms. The dental procedure(s) that you will receive is done in a clean, neat and healthy environment. All of the professionals are wearing face masks and they’re particular about the hygiene of the entire office. Most (if not all) dental offices can provide exams and fillings, but this office excels with crowns for natural teeth and implants. My initial referral to Dr. Steve Edwards was by a highly respected Oral Surgeon. He was right!"

Not once did I feel scared or unsafe under her care. She recommended some reasonable treatment and showed me on my photos and X-rays exactly why she was recommending each treatment. The pricing consultation was very straightforward and I was provided with a minimum and maximum that I could anticipate paying out of pocket by going with their treatment recommendations. I was provided with pricing for nitrous oxide should I elect to have it during my procedures. I think my assistant was Juanita. She was wonderful as well.
