"Terrible front desk staff they genuinely seem like they despise and hate their job. Give off stuck up and entitled vibes , they are also condescending af for no reason. I dread going into this place. Also management and communication sucks in general. But I guess it's expected from a chain , they're corrupt at the core. Private dental is better. This place will do anything to scam and rip you off to take every penny. The people who actually work on your teeth are kind and seem like genuinely good people at least. It's not their fault that the place the work for has terrible management."

"Great location and staff, was welling to see me right away after I missed an appointment with another local wasn’t a long wait time and staff member was excellent with helping me out with payment options will definitely visit again for any future dental visits"

"Don't waste your time. I had scheduled an appointment online at 3 but when I got to the office, no one was even there and the doors were locked. And no one so much as picked up a phone when I tried to call about this."

"DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! This place is the worst. I made an appointment online and they said they had to cancel it because the doctor was booked at that time. Why would they make the appointment time available if it doesn’t exist? I rescheduled for a different day, showed up and they told me again that I could not be seen because the doctor had to leave early. I was the only person there. The front desk lady was rude and unprofessional, telling me multiple times that I hung up on them when they tried calling. I did realize afterwards that I ignored the call, I don’t answer calls from unknown numbers. They never left a voicemail or tried calling again to inform me that they were cancelling my appointment AGAIN. After dealing with their horrible attitude and miscommunication I will not be attempting to go here anymore. I’m not wasting any more of my time with these people."

"I had a 2pm appt today. Hour & half later I've had xrays. That's it just xrays. I took off work to be here but had to return at 430 to make up the time. Just wanted a cleaning and was told at 345 that it was going to be at least another 30-45 min wait to merely receive an exam and meet the dentist. So I had to reschedule to come back again for the exam and cleaning. This is so aggravating and unprofessional to exploit their clients time. Guess I'll see what the actual care is like next week. So disappointed with this outcome."
