"This office has recently changed drs within the last year and 1/2, they are not willing to help their patients with anything. When I first went in there they weren’t will to explain how it would cost over 7k for 6 crowns and how my much my insurance would pay. I called today to get some updated paperwork to get some help paying the 7k and they wouldn’t help. The staff isn’t understanding or helpful."

"Dr Ledwig is great. I never have to wait long when I arrive for my appointment which means a lot when I have to get into work right from my appointment. I went to 2 other dentists in San Antonio that tried to over drill my teeth for ‘pre cavities’, all in different teeth. Dr Ledwig is great and honest - not just looking to make extra money on ‘procedures’ you may not need. I am a member of his discount program rather than use dental insurance and it saves me money and I know I’m going to a dentist I can trust, rather than whoever accepts the insurance."

"Probably the first great experience I've had at a dentist. Very friendly staff that gets to know you personally, and Dr. Ledwig is very judgement free. I've had bad teeth since I was a kid, not for lack of good dental hygiene, but because both of my parents had horrible teeth. Hard to find a dentist that understands and doesn't make you feel bad every time you show up- so I was very pleased when i came here and was treated like a real person! He was very knowledgeable and saved my tooth and I got a great price on my crown. They are worth more than five stars!!"
