Once friendly and welcoming with excellent service, it became cold and over-businesslike. and when the new associate looked into my mouth, I imagined I could see dollar signs dancing in his eyes. Indeed, he urged an ultra-expensive and time-consuming procedure which a subsequent dentist at my new practice *proved* to be absolutely unnecessary. I loved Dr Garza, but I felt she was no longer in charge despite the practice being in her name."

They walked me through the procedure before hand. Explained my insurance coverage as well and were transparent about pricing.
