"I have used this service center several times; however, I have been met with disappointment time and time again. While the staff is very friendly, the services provided seem lackluster. For instance, I recently discovered a missing skid plate after leaving the facility. When I brought it to their attention, they offered me only a 10% discount, citing that I did not notice it upon departure. This was despite no signs of tampering and the fact that I exclusively used the service center for all servicing needs. Additionally, they failed to address the plug issue I was experiencing in the center console, yet still charged me the full price. I even had to replace a missing fuse myself. Moreover, none of the filters in my car were replaced, leaving me feeling as though I had received nothing more than an expensive oil change. This experience is just one of many disappointing visits I have had at this service center."
