"Everyone from the front desk to the girls in the back were so helpful and understanding of the pain I was in and very comforting. The doctor was very nice and helpful. They really helped me feel comfortable and with minimal pain for my extraction. I have to say that was the best dental procedure I’ve had and I hate going to the dentist it’s torture for me. I’m very pleased with the service I received!"

"If I could rate a 0 I would. I went in for a regular teeth cleaning and Informed them that I suffer from severe anxiety when it comes to dentists. The process started out fine until they came in and said they could not do a regular cleaning they must do a gum deep cleaning. I said no thank you I will just take what my insurance offers. I was clearly told that was not available anymore and that this was the only cleaning I could do. They had already billed my insurance for my regular cleaning so I couldn't go to get another opion. I tried to explain to them that I have Severe dental anxiety. And I left that office crying hysterically. I went back because they had already billed my insurance and came in and they went over the cost. Which I paid my portion in the office. After a very traumatic experience, I then received a bill stating that my insurance did not cover the cleaning they did. Plus i was given a floride treatment which i wasn't even aware of. I tried to explain to them that I didn't even want the cleaning. And they told me that they verified my insurance first. Of course, none of that matters since the treatment was done. Now I have to pay over $600 out-of-pocket. And nobody will help me. I have tried to call multiple times and I hear Basically, the same thing sorry too bad you're insurance didn't cover it even though they told me that they spoke to my insurance and my insurance would cover it. Bottom line is now because of them. My dental fear is more severe and I have a bill that I am gonna have to pay. Or it will go to my credit. Please everyone do not go here all the care about is billing insurance and don't care about the patients. I tried calling and in the office with no help. They don't care!!!!"

"Went to the Smile Center at Park North and was immediately greeted by the staff - they put me at eases soon as I sat down. They did give me a sedative and that relaxed me even more. The doctor was quick. I was in and out in about an hour for tooth extraction and bone graft. A shout out to the front desk staff and the dental assistants - especially Luciano.
