"I drive over 2 hours to be seen here. Everyone is so friendly and kind. I’ve been here twice for wisdom tooth extractions. My first time, I was terrified, but everyone was so helpful and eased my fears. This second time, I came in and felt completely relaxed because I knew I was in great hands! "I’ve been a part of the New Heights team for almost a year, but this was my first experience as a patient. I have dental anxiety and made an appointment for pain. Dr. Mo was able to do a comprehensive exam and even got me in for same day treatment. He took time to make sure that I was comfortable and even took some pictures of my tooth mid procedure. Laurie made my temporary crown expertly. The hygienist Kim even stopped in and took care of the gum pain I had in one spot. It was great seeing the way that we provide care from a patient perspective. P.S Get the laughing gas. It’s self care!"

"I has on appointment 12/20/23, It was the best experience i had in my 30+ yrs of being alive. I waited 30 minutes outside and i almost cancel because my previous dental experience at another location. The moment I enter the location I was treated with kindness and respect. Maddy took me to the back and was extremely friendly and polite. I was greeted with so many compliments I felt i was visiting my best friend. Ilse Falcon did my cleaning and she was so gentle it had been 5 yrs since my last cleaning and i was supper nervous that my blood pressure was high. Ilse made me feel so comfortable and i felt safe, im getting emotional because it was the best experience. Ilse spoke to me like an adult “ look my friend we need to take care of your teeth to make sure they remain healthy” gave me lots of suggestions i not once felt as if she was rude.
