Not only was I only seen by the dentist twice but I was worked on by the “office manager” who one time had her son on FaceTime and had ME holding the phone so she could talk to him. I was constantly in pain and never satisfied with my smile or my braces. I ended up moving to a real orthodontist where I had to have braces for three more years to fix what they screwed up. Sure the staff is friendly but if you’re looking for professionalism, quality, and braces do not go here."
