"I own a Mercedes Benz and an Audi. I had stopped by to get some quotes for maintenance for my MB. I liked Raul and I could tell he knew he’s stuff. After inquiring about a repair on my Audi, and Raul giving me an approx on my repair and ordering the part, I kept calling and calling, leaving messages, even sending emails, and he literally just ghosted me. No way to communicate with him only stopping by in person, which I’ve done twice already. Very unprofessional. I just wasted a month begging this business to take my money just to be ignored. I understand when they can’t do a service, communicating that would’ve saved me a very long time, calls, messages and emails. Go elsewhere. Premier1 and Euroasian will give you a better service. There’s no point in knowing your stuff if the customer service isn’t there. My Audi needs a safety feature repair that I trusted Raul could do and he just left me hanging."

"I had a coolant leak going on in my passat, I took it to another shop that charged me $60 just to tell me to come back in 500 miles because they couldn't see anything. I decided not to do that and called Raul and he told me to bring the car to him and he will check it out, I got to the shop and in less than 5 minutes he already knew what was wrong and where the leak was coming from. Later that day I received a quote from him, dropped off the car in the morning and at the end of the day it was already fixed. The customer service I got from him was great, and my car is no longer leaking. From now on this would be my shop for anything else my passat needs."
