"10/10 Customer service & bedside manner. Office is very nice and exam rooms are comfy (spoiler: they have TVs on ceiling when reclined back for exam/cleaning) I can’t remember the Hygienist name but she was nice. Dr. Nicholson took good care of me and made me feel comfortable. Sarah also helped me out with a in house finance plan for Invisalign it’s a 1 stop shop here very convenient."

"I am very happy. The front office staff was very professional and inviting. Raven was very reassuring that she would be able to find my dental insurance, it was great to experience how natural she was with being professional and dedicated. Nicole was very nice, her demeanor put me at ease. Andre, what can I say about Andre? He was so gentle with my gums, I have never had a dental appointment, where the Hygienist was gentle through and through. Andre was very thorough and attentive from the x-rays, to using the sharp thingy to get the plaque off my teeth, to flossing my teeth, to cleaning my teeth, and then finally apply the fluoride (my favorite part). Awesome job Mr. Andre! Dr. Vela is the smoothest dentist that I have ever met, his professionalism and laid back demeanor was spot on. His bedside manner ( even though I wasn't in a bed) was so special. Most dentist in my adult lifetime have always made me feel like I was doing something wrong, but Dr. Vela explanation was more like a conversation. Thank y'all so much for everything. I will definitely be back, and I am going to make an appointment for my daughter. Before I end I want to give a shout out to John for being apart of a great family-professional Dental Office. "I normally do not write reviews but I am writing this review to warn anyone that has any permanent retainers from braces. I have been a patient here for 2 years and all of the dental hygienists are amazing. The one I just had yesterday did everything perfect but messed up my wire for my retainer and blamed it on how long its been in my mouth for the reason why it broke. I feel they are responsible and should fix it free of charge. But, I was told I would have to pay over $300 dollars out of my pocket to pay they to fix it. I currently have a temporary fix. I just wish this would own up to their mistake and take accountability for it. I would not recommend this place for anyone with permanent retainers. I will have to look elsewhere."

"Awesome place! It’s small and they schedule within their means. I haven’t had an extremely long wait time like other places. I provide little waters as you wait which gos a lot farther than you’d think. Staff is always friendly and they usually do more to try and keep their patients since they are a smaller dentist owned office."
