"Don’t go here if you wanna be treated bad the dental assistants don’t know how to do their job, had me waiting an hour and the dentist came in and was going to start working on me without checking my blood pressure. Also I’ve tried multiple times calling to make an appointment and they’re always at lunch or their excuse is that they’re about to close . Sad that places like this are still open and all that matters is charging people for their hard worked money"

"This place is GARBAGE. I have seen Javier Garcia for yearrrrssss!!! The staff here is VERY VERY unprofessional, BRENDA AND another girl have the worst customer service. Long story short, they submitted my dental claim under another doctor who also works there, when I called In regards to this concer, the office lady's response was "Well we should've told you, but we didn't". So to cover myself, I did escalate the issue and filed a complaint. I then receive a call that a conversation took place with Dr. Garcia and shortly received a call stating none of his patients will be seen at this location. I then advised them, "Sure, no problem, however I just had to pay $67.00 for them to do additional X-ray's on 08/11 which weren't even necessary if they would've requested them from Javier Garcia's previous location and I advise I would be picking them up, the lady then proceeds with placing me on hold, ANOTHER girl then answers and ask me how she can help me and I advise her I am unsure as I was placed on hold for no reason. I then reiterate ONCE AGAIN that I will be picking up my X-ray's as they have already been paid for AGAIN which should only be done every 5 years as I will need to look for another doctor who's staff CAN PROVIDE professional services. I then advise BRENDA who starts being rude that because I was able to call them out on their mistakes and submitting a claim on my insurance under an unknown doctor who I have never seen before was on their end, do not be upset because when I'm taking every measure to cover my end. She then says well I will have to ask Dr.Campos about your x-rays and there will be a $25.00 charge. I said excuse me, I don't even know who Campos is as I've never seen nor spoke with him, I also paid the fee for my x-rays and because your office chose to submit a claim with false information, which I will now need to seek another dentist, you also want to charge me to get my own files? I will definitely be getting my attorney involved. To top it all off, Josephine Wolfe was the person who was supposed to be calling me to follow up regarding all of this who is the Office Director for all locations from what was advised, needless to say, she never called either. Be safe, if you are legit and have private insurance or great coverage, DO NOT GO HERE!!!!"

"Truly blessed to have found CFD nine years ago. Visiting Dr. Martinez and Marisol is my daughters favorite thing to do. We have been bringing her here since she was a year old. She is now 9. The staff as well as the customer service here is Top Notch. If you are looking for a dental office that you can count on for years to come, this is the place for you and your family. In the words of my daughter, the treatments and services here are "like a massage for your teeth mommy.""

She's so incredibly Sweet but most importantly, her work is truly high quality and the closest to perfection that I have experienced.
