"Bad customer service. I went in for a state inspection and got yelled at by the Lady/manager. She said she was on a break to come by later. I asked if I could go by the next day she yelled at me not come by at 7:30am and that she would not be able to tell me what time inspections would be available. I understand that it gets busy at times but yelling and being rude is not a way to tell someone that they cannot help them. I wonder if the lady has a hearing problem or thats just the way she is. I will not be going by to get oil changes or inspections in the near future at this location."

"I will not come back here. After I had my oil change and returned home I noticed a considerable amount of oily hand marks all over the front of my car, my dipstick was only halfway inserted and they did not replace the screws on the bottom of my skid plate. After returning they replaced the screws in my skid plate , but no apology or concern at all."

"Probably been here over a dozen times. Great for oil changes and State inspections. Usually pretty fast, too."

"I went Saturday morning to get my car inspected and was told they didn't do them when it's raining. I called in the afternoon to see if they were doing inspections and they said yes they have been all day. I told her that I was turned away that morning and she said it was true they don't do inspections when it rains. I showed up 1/2 hour later and was told that she was out to lunch and was the only one there who could do them. So shady."
