"this guy really knows what he's doing, I paid $150 at the dealer for a diagnostic and when I took my truck to this guy he took a little piece of hose put one end touching the part ( water pump in a 2017 highlander its complicated to get to the part ) and the other end in his ear and immediately knew it was the water pump what it was causing a noise, I was like WOW! I drove in this morning (a Saturday morning) after having my starter go out on my Scion and when buying the starter from O'Reilly's, I asked if they knew any mechanics who could change the starter for me and they sent me to Alis. I brought the starter with me, paid a flat 70$ and they replaced my starter for me in about 35 minutes and were really kind the whole time.
