"If I could rate this man negative stars I would’ve. I paid him $8000 out of pocket and he billed $24,000 to my insurance for work which not necessary and implants which he installed and then abandoned. He lied to me and told me that my front teeth weren’t savable that they all needed to come out. He was supposed to extract molars that were causing abscesses and sepsis, along with my front teeth bc they had minor cavities on the front side, then install implants. After the initial procedure, once I’d already paid the entire balance, it became difficult to schedule an appointment with him. After many months of trying finally my temporaries fell out and I lost them. Made an emergency appointment at which time I was told that he was on leave for a back injury and they’d call me in two months to lmk when he could see me. Finally got a call to lmk that ‘he was retiring.’ I then went for an eval with a diff doctor at the same company who tells me that 1)Dr Osei didn’t pull all of the teeth he was supposed to including the ones causing the infections, 2) Dr Osei did NOT retire, he now works at this new office dwn the rd, and 3) my front teeth were absolutely saveable and he informed me, the implants I still had were all failing. I HAVENT HAD FRONT TEETH IN 3 YEARS, this man KNOWINGLY OVER-DIAGNOSED ME, LIED TO MY FACE, OVERCHARGED ME AND MY INSURANCE AND THEN LIED ABOUT RETIRING TO ABANDON HIS PATIENTS. He should NOT have a license to practice and currently has 3 cases made against him to the TSBDE for very similar situations which he’s now on probation for. I am preparing my report and intend to file it in the coming week to TSBDE. ***if you are thinking of letting this man work on your teeth DONT DO IT!! LET THEM ROT IN YOUR HEAD INSTEAD AND YOULL STILL BE FAR BETTER OFF!!! He ruined my smile I CANT EVEN STAND TO LOOK AT MYSELF NOW—avoid him like your life depends on it. You’ve been warned. ***"

"Dr. O’Neill is one of the most caring professionals I have ever had the pleasure of finding. In addition, from his chair side assistants, thru to the Dental Hygienist, I’ve experienced the most gentle touches, while still completing the most thorough of cleanings, X-rays and related care. I was terrified on my first visit, as I have very sensitive teeth, but I found right away, I didn’t need the nitrous for even below the gum cleaning. How they preform this magic, I do not know, but I’m certainly grateful and will be a life long fan!"
