"This dentist, Adam Smith DDS, is an amazing dentist. I am 49 years old and this is the first experience with a dentist that I didn't have any pain after procedures, the insertion of 4 inplants and absolutely no pain! I had 6 crowns redone on my front top 6 teeth on February 24, 2024. I had no pain after these crowns being ground down and replaced with temporary crowns. Not only that but it is affordable. Smiles Structure has payment programs that you can buy 1 time yearly that give HUGE discounts on procedures, making denistry affordable for all people without insurance or little insurance. This doctor came in to fix a temporary crown at 4:00 am on Sunday before my flight out to Chicago at 6 am. He is truly the most caring, contentious, considerate provider I have ever experienced. His staff are excellent assistants that communicate to you so it can be understood. They explain what their dental plan and answer questions without any push back. Smile Structure has made my dream come true! I have a beautiful smile again. I feel 10 years younger!"

I have autism spectrum disorder and they explained everything to me before they stuck anything in my mouth and answered my questions thoroughly and made me feel much better about everything.
