"I guess this place doesn't need customers if you don't give them your social security over the phone the receptionist said you have to pay out of pocket the first visit that they don't get insurance approvals on the same day which makes zero sense since they have no idea what I am going to need and will still have to submit approval to the insurance on the same day without without prior information. Pretty sad since I live a couple blocks away"

"I never thought I would be giving such a scathing review…..I had a procedure scheduled for today w/Dr Serrami. Not only was there a communication problem between the staff, Dr. Serrami & my pharmacy….2 meds originally prescribed, then 3, then 4. This went back & fourth for several days before I was told to bring meds w/me at the time of my appt. My appointment was scheduled for 10:00 am. I arrived at 9:45 am. I was brought back to one of the patient’s room as usual. I was under the impression my procedure would be starting at 10 am or shortly thereafter. I waited for 1hr & 45 min. Still no procedure & no Dr. Serrami. I felt badly for the staff. They didn’t know how to react. Suffice it to say I got up & told them I would be leaving & not rescheduling. I was also quite annoyed that payment was due before I even had the procedure. Since the procedure was supposedly 1:30 min. That would mean I would have been in the office for a total of 3 hrs. Ever since the staff changed at the Babcock location the quality of service and communications has deteriorated."
