"They lie about your teeth, screw up the fillings, over charge you, and then refuse to bill your insurance so you get sent to collections. First off, this is a chain. The dentists come and go, same with all the staff, so you will never get continuity. Why don't they stay? My guess is it's a bad place to work. Local dentists have never been so incompetent as the ones I have seen here. The dentists are bad. They're probably working in this mega corporation chain owned office because they're fresh out of dental school or they can't get a job at a regular dentist office because they're not very good at their job. I'm not trying to be rude or mean, I'm telling you my honest experience and I'll give you two examples. The first dentist that I saw here drilled the filling so large that food constantly gets stuck in the hole. I don't have good teeth, I've had so many feelings in my life, this is the only place that this has happened. Where when you go back to tell them they will then gaslight you and tell you that it's normal. But this didn't just happen to me. They did the same thing to my husband. My second example will be the new dentist who came in after the first one quit because she had presumably had enough of working in this dump, who told me that I need braces because all of my teeth were shifting. Now this is very strange because over the last year that I had come to see them, the x-ray machine had not been working so he had absolutely no x-rays to look at and actually tell that my teeth have been shifting. They've over charged me and credited my account WITHOUT INFORMING ME more than once, the only way you will know is at checkout when the procedure is somehow less than it should be. Finally, if you change insurance providers, they will not bill the new insurance provider. Maybe it's a policy they have in order to grift people, or the billing staff at this office is so incompetent that they don't know how to type in new insurance information, or perhaps everyone on staff just quit between the time I gave them the new insurance and the time that came to bill it. But they never sent me a bill in the mail, they just called me and told me to pay, repeatedly took my new insurance information and assured me it would be taking care of. Wouldn't you know one year later? I am now in collections for a bill that I never even received because they are unable to type in new insurance information. Don't bother trying to call the office. It goes straight to pick up and hang up system, and when you call the big office or the Billings department you'll be sent directly to another country to speak to someone who refuses to offer any confirmation they actually did what you asked and the only way to find out is to call again "in three weeks." But hey the good news is, if they are able to get paid by insurance they will credit your account. That's right, you will still be expected to pay the collectors on a debt you have paid and the only way to recoup your money will be to go back to the office that scammed you."
"The staff are literal angels! Every single one of them. Seriously. Everyone is so kind and knowledgeable. Aspen dental(this location specifically) has changed my wife’s perspective on dentist appointments. She’s no longer fearful of them! They have the same energy- very welcoming each time we go. They do a great job with getting you in as quick as possible. The hygienist is great at what she does and knows her stuff. We are lucky to have Dr. Dylan as well. I would definitely recommend coming here for your dental needs!"
"I went to Aspen Dental for an exam. I ended up being there for two hours. The xray tech was great and the dentist was very nice. They then told me I had to talk to the office manager for my “plan”. They told me I needed a cleaning that cost over $1000 and wasn’t covered by my insurance. I could not afford it and asked if I could start with a cleaning that my insurance will cover and they refused. I’ve reached out to the office manager 3 times now and have not received anything back. I would not recommend this office. Very long wait times and it seems like they are just after your money. I filled out a survey that was sent to me and asked that someone reach out and no one did. They really just don’t care."
"I don’t think I’ll be returning to this practice. My appointment time was at 8am. I was there 10 minutes early and the second person to sign in on the sheet. I waited 45 minutes before someone called me back. Three other patients were taken back before I was?! 1 star for the radiologist that took my X-rays; she was great! Very accommodating and tried her best to make me feel comfortable with all of the X-ray pieces. 1 star for the dental hygienist that measured my gums. She was super quick and accurate taking measurements of my gums/roots (well as accurate as I can hope, I’ll find out when I go to another clinic.) She answered every question I had and wasn’t bothered/rushed to get done with me. Minus 1 star for the process of being there for an hour and a half and only getting measurements and my pictures taken. Minus 2 stars for the dentist. He seemed in a rush. Talked super fast and almost condescending even. He asked if I had any questions for him BUT upon asking my questions his tone and demeanor answering them was as if I was just supposed to know this information. Then there was a full on lecture of how often I needed to be seen and suggestions of what to do. His duty is to inform and fix not lecture. Also, without even looking in my mouth, he assessed I had zero cavities. In fact the only reason he spent two minutes looking in my mouth was to check what could be causing my sensitivity on the right side of my face. He left as quickly as he came in. The radiologist came in to escort me back out into the waiting room where I would wait, longer than the 1.5hours I had already been there, to go over my dental plan with the business manager and get scheduled for a deep cleaning. I declined and said id call back…I will not be calling back."
"Dental visits are usually not very pleasant. I must say the amount of comfort provided including the kind of music you enjoy to the professionalism of the staff is top of the line at this office. Thank you to each and every one of you for your kindness. You will definitely be my dental office of choice. And did I point out… “The price is right!”” Go see for yourself. I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised!"
