"I called the emergency number due to tooth pain from a previous root canal. They advised me that they could see me at this location the next day at 10 am so I guess this didnt count as an emergency despite what their website says. At 9:40 am the next day (20 min before appt) i get a call from someone at this office saying they didnt know what my appt was for. Once I advised this was for a root canal she stated they didnt have an endodontist in the office. Very unprofessional, unorganized, and it’s no wonder they dont have very great reviews."

"The staff is very rude and so is the dental hygienist! They never answer the phones EVER! only good thing about this office is the orthodontist and her assistant! They are absolutely amazing. I feel like they need to clean house and get better staff especially the front desk staff. Im in the medical field and you would think they'd provide good customer service but they don't at all! Im only rating 2 stars because ortho is excellent."

"Watch out these guys are scammers. All in all scam. They ask you to do more service saying i spoke to your agent and all services covered. Then they do more than expected and say your insurance is not going to pay for it ! " I am sorry as your insurance denied it!" We can help you finance with us and avoid under collections ! Such #%^#* service. You scam mediocre people and live on their blood. You and this crazy company is PARASITE. Dont go to them, and dont believe in their words. JUST AVOID."

"I didn't even proceed with services at this office due to the EXTREMELY unprofessional and RUDE manager Hazy. Not only did she try to belittle my knowledge of my benefits over the phone, she REFUSED to accept any of the documentation I could provide to her to prove my coverage. Instead of listening, Hazy decided it best to not only LIE to me that she would recheck my benefits, but not even acknowledge her mistake and lack of professionalism. She claimed that she was "busy with other patients" But the parking lot was EMPTY, and I see why. When I showed up documentation in hand NO ONE was at the front and when dictator Hazy showed up finally, she was on her cell phone . Finding out she is the manager is a shock to me, if this new business wants to florish they need to cut their loses with that one, or you'll see yourself with boarded up windows and a "For Lease" sign on the door like the last three businesses that occupied that spot before. Her attitude alone as made me NEVER to want to try any Brident Dental facility."

"Hazy did phenomenally working with me on treatment, and Dr did an incredibly good job, and am very happy with treatment results! You will not be disappointed! The treatment area is very clean and well kept up, which is superb compared to other dental clinics. Hazy in collaboration with Dr was able to get me well set up in treatment. I do therefore recommend this Brident Dental! 10/10!!"
