"I absolutely love this location in Lewisville, TX. The staff are very professional and the work they do is beyond stellar. Their sycophantic energy is what drives them. They want to see you smile. The staff are always full of ebullient. The office is always clean and homey. The wait time is minimal. Leon is a gem. He understands, listens and has a great way to ameliorate any concerns."

"I was there for an implant consult. Upon arrival the receptionist/front desk was busy working on another task. Checking me in wasn’t a priority. I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment time. I completed my intake paperwork prior to the time of my appointment. There was no further communication for exactly 13 minutes when I finally flagged someone whom which I explained had been there for 28 minutes already. It was explained there wasn’t a room cleaned. But I wasn’t taken to a room I was taken to X-ray. Then I was taken to a room asked questions about my case. No indication what dentist I would be seeing or when. Finally the dentist appears and we are through the consult. He departs and I’m told they’re working on a treatment plan. At this point we are at 1 hour 30 minutes. I went to the front was greeted by the practice manager who apologized. But that’s when the fuzzy math presentation began. The $1895 all in implant price ballooned to $5k. There was a plan that includes hygiene and other things. I have a general dentist I like. Basically their tactics are like many other dental practices which try to perpetuate forced loyalty and try to get you to purchase a treatment plan that doesn’t actually employ your insurance. Dental insurance operates off of usual and customary fees. Since I have two Dental Indemnity plans what they will pay is based off of those charges. Since this practice isn’t in network they’re not bound to the contracted rates. So, they can charge whatever they want. It’s free enterprise. The average consumer doesn’t know all this. But— while nothing here is illegal it is however walking the line of ethical very closely. Personally, I wouldn’t use this dentist not because of competence but because their rates are excessive and that their claims of “affordable” and lowest priced are not valid and while a great marketing term it’s not true. I’m able to get my implant done by the provider who did my previous for this office’s advertised price. Which includes the sinus lift, bone graft, and surgical extraction all of which were extra here. I will file my own insurance and be reimbursed a good portion. So, this place is not for me. I didn’t like how I was treated, their fuzzy math, and their low cost tactic online— which is all to say that I appreciate their PhD in Dental economics but it walks a line of propriety that one should be wary of."

"I enjoyed my time and experience at this establishment. I was well taken care of the people were and still are extremely nice to me. They take great care every time I come in. The Dental techs all 4 ladies assigned to my procedure were all amazing and nice. My Dr., Dr. Ricci did an amazing job on my All on 4s dental procedure and new smile. I receive compliments non stop and my life has definitely changed for the better. This was a great service and experience. I recommend Advanced Dentistry to anyone trying to pursue this procedure and any other dental work."

"Please save your hard earned money and go to a different Dental office. I have to repair my dental implant, there was cement, decay and the crown did not fit my mouth at all- it’s was causing inflammation on my gums. Also it was placed too close to the bone based on a CT Scan. Don’t be fooled by the reviews. Please be aware that the dentist performing dental implants need to have special qualifications such as being part of the American Dental Association - Academy of General Dentistry • International Congress of Oral Implantologists - American Orthodontic Society.
