"I have used Dr Champsi for over 10yrs. He's always done me right but not this time. I got partial dentures in May 2022. I had a tooth fall out of the top plate in December 2023. I don't feel that I should have to pay for a replacement. These should last longer than 18 months. Dr Champsi did not go to bat for me on this and wants to charge me$700 to replace. I received my first set of partials in 2016. They have yet to break. Needless to say, I'm very disappointed and don't think I'll be going back. I was driving from Greenville Tx to Lewisville just to use Dr Champsi Today, Jan 16 another tooth falls out This is ridiculous"

"I do not recommend this place if you have anxiety surrounding the dentist. Before my appointment the assistant had quit and it was going to be the sweet lady up front who had to help with my wisdom tooth removal. She didn’t seem to know what all the tools were, which is fine. The dentist should have had me come a different day. I wasted $200 coming here. Plus, the dentist didn’t even check out the flap over my left bottom wisdom tooth, to see if there was infection. Just wanted to yank my top left one out."

"Came here with a broken front tooth with no insurance. This dentist tried to tell me that in order to repair my front middle tooth, that I had to have all 4 front teeth shaved down and crowned because I have crooked teeth. Quoted me over $9000. I had to leave with a front tooth broke in half and felt helpless. He also told me I had 6 cavities that would need to be fixed. Thank God my wife took me to Dental Depot in Highland Village. There, they fixed my broken tooth and confirmed I had zero cavities, showing me the x-ray so I could review it with them. I paid an actual fraction of what they quoted me here. I am so grateful I didn't fall into the trap of this predatory dentist. If you do go here, please get a second opinion before agreeing to receive care from them."

The Dr. Explains things very well, Is understanding and gentle too. He took care of me and made my smile amazing. Thank you for you're great work! I recommend him 100%"
