iKids Pediatric Dentistry Cedar Hill

"I have no idea what's going on. My son was about to have a tooth extracted and the laughing gas caused him to panic a little. All my son said was that his voice sounds funny. The dentist said that it'll be best for him to be put under instead. We were referred to one place that referred us to another place then when I questioned Ikids, they sent us to another place! Well this morning I called to ask about it and the receptionist hung up in my face. I tried calling back but they're sending me straight to voice mail. Do better please. Update: Just got off of the phone with Destiny and she stated that because they referred us out then we HAVE to get the extraction done there. I never knew that this was a thing."

"This office does change providers which all have different skill sets. The first cavity was complete by first provider. I did want to complete all cavities that setting. He suggested not to so I went with his advice. We seen a second provider which I was unaware of who was unable to complete procedure and not move forward. However, we were still told we would have to pay for procedure. Then we’re told to reschedule the appt to the original provider to complete it and then would have to PAY Again. They did not make accommodations at all or listen to the patients suggestion or what we wanted. We will have spent extra 300$ because was not listened to. Would not suggest office."

"I have been coming to this location for years with my oldest daughter and it’s been great. I decided to bring my baby for her first dental visit and wow was the experience very different. The reception Destiny was rude with a bad attitude. She refused to help look for insurance 800 and made the visit extremely difficult. My baby was unable to get checked because of her incompetence, asking to reschedule due to lunch time. I understand they need a break but had she been easier to work with, I would have been gone long before lunch time. I even asked for a manager and she said it wouldn’t make a difference. Think twice before you book a new patient"

"5 stars is not even enough!!! I absolutely loved this facility and staff. From scheduling the appointment over the phone to the actual visit, was very professional. The facility was nice and clean. The staff went above and beyond to make my kids feel comfortable. They were personable, sweet, and overall fun... 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND.."
