"This is an amazing dentist and his staff is spectacular! This is not your average bad dentist review. I think I may have found the perfect dentist with the accompanying front desk office and dental technicians. If you’ve ever heard saying “I’d rather do “X” than going to the dentist”, this is not the case. This is the first time in fifty years, I’ve ever written an review for dentist, but I wanted to write a review about my amazing experience. First impression: My first visit to the dentist office, I walked in the dentist office and was greeted by the ladies behind the desk (Norma) who were friendly and pleasant. Although there was a glass window separating the office staff and receptionist area, the glass windows were open. Dentist: Dr. Brandon K. Florence (dentist) enter my exam room and introduced himself to me, talking directly to me and at me. He detailed the procedure, expectations and provided different options, for me to choose from. He was very friendly Procedure: My dental tech was Janice and she retrieve me from the waiting area with a bright and bubbly personality. She introduced herself to me and explained the next steps (exams, x-ray and cleaning), she explained the process in detail. First visit follow up: After my first visit, I received a “thank you” for my service letter via USPS mail, not an email, but physical letter from the doctor’s office. The next visit, I was greeted by dental technician (Janice) from the waiting room cheerful and smiling as she retrieved me from the waiting area."
