"I had a very unpleasant experience at my visit on February 13 my appointment was at 8am I echeck in at 7:45 headed to office arrival 7:56 the front desk lady was trying to charge me for fluoride which is free per my insurance I sat down at 8am and was not called back until 8:45 no communication of delays the technician was rude I was taken to exam room at 8:50 doctor didn’t come in until 9:15 he started examination then once finished he started cleaning my teeth and one of the instruments cut my lip no apology was given after that he told me to wait for insurance lady to come in waited another 20 minutes before I met her in the hallway because I got tired of waiting in room. I would never recommend this place to anyone and will never return. The chairs in lobby was filthy just awful"

"Went for an appointment. Checked in as usual. After 30 minutes of waiting to be called, I went and ask them how long would it be before I get called in. Receptionist tells me to hold on while she goes and checks. She comes back 5 minutes later saying. " Hey I'm sorry it's going to be another 30 to 40 minutes. See's my displeasure and than proceeds to ask me if I want to reschedule. So why not tell me this when I checked in, instead of having to sit around and waste my time. A simple courtesy call or heads up could have avoided this bad review."

"The day of the procedure went extremely well but the events leading up to that could use some work. They don’t follow up at all. Calls were not returned when they said they would call. The surgeon is only there once per month and they didn’t even call to tell me what day he would be there this month. I just happened to go up there and found out. That part is frustrating and needs to change."

"What a BLESSING in every way. The staff was great from the front desk to the medical assistants. The doctor that did the Root Canals was Dr. Javier Ortiz he was very caring and explained everything to put me at ease. Dr. Michael Wistrom did the crowns. He took his time to fit the crowns correctly. He also explained what needs to be done in my next visit. What a great experience. Thanks to all of you."
