First, the choice in location is superb and fits the vibe of the overall practice. The modern upscale design and choice in equipment used really gives the place a feeling of dental luxury. I was instantly greeted upon entering and taken to a consult room, no waiting! I noticed every employee I met was smiling, too. Dr. Tania and Dr. Shaggy both took the time to welcome me while I waited in a consult room as well. Jordan performed my cleaning, and it was by far the best experience I've had since I was a kid. She was surprisingly gentle and thorough, which kept me calm. Jordan was great at explaining every step, and I recommend anyone anxious about cleanings to ask for her! The communication is top-notch, and the appointment texts are very helpful. Julie made sure I was prepared before even arriving. I've never had a medical facility be so thorough in explaining everything. Dr. Tania and Jordan went above and beyond! The entire time, you feel like a VIP, and you aren't rushed like other commercial places. Cassandra closed me out and was thorough with the fees. One thing some dentists places do is upsell or have hidden charges, but everything was priced and itemized as discussed. I have found a new dentist office and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this place!"
