"If I could give 0 stars I would. I came in for a routine check up and cleaning and was told because they recommended a deep cleaning on 2 back molars they could not do a basic cleaning. I told them I could not do the deep cleaning today and would schedule it for later but still wanted the basic cleaning which should be standard. They refused even though the deep cleaning was a RECOMMENDATION!"

It was recommended that I do a couple extra things for my teeth, but it never felt like an upsell. It was explained exactly why it was recommended, how much it would cost, and pros and cons of the procedure. I am thankful for my experience here."

"I’ve been going to this location for about three years now and have not had one bad experience. I really like the office manager, she is very upfront with everything, but still friendly at the same time. They also are not pushy and I don’t feel like they are trying to sway me into things that I don’t need like some dentists have been. I have had the same hygienist for the past 3 or 4 cleanings. Overall happy!"

"On 10/16, I have an appointment at 9:30AM and they told me to come at 10 minutes earlier. I came at 9:15AM and check-in. At around 10:30AM, I went to the front desk and told them my appointment was 9:30AM and said they are preparing the room. Come on, this is not acceptable. Then they also charge me more than what my dental insurance is covered. I picked them because they were listed in my dental insurance website. Now I have to pay so much and for all the testing they done that were not going to be paid by my insurance. I am so disappointed so beware and ask them first before they make any test on you. Make sure that the test they will perform will be covered by your insurance or else you will have an empty pocket. So disappointed."
