"Wow! Both Shelly and Dr. Brian Clark have left a bitter taste in my mouth! With Dr. Shelly Clark, they never updated my information in their systems and then sent things over to collections! Never contacting me checking to see if there was a problem. Now Dr. Brian Clark has sent my bill to collections when I was set up for them to take out $300 monthly payments bc my insurance did not cover the total cost. Instead of contacting me while I’m thinking I’m still paying because it’s an automatic withdrawal from my account, they send it to collections? Then when you call to get clarification they avoid you and the account isn’t visible to them to communicate to you what’s taking place!"
