"Currently on my journey to reconstruct my smile and this place was a lifesaver. Called on Monday morning and was able to be seen the same day. I can't remember the name of the dental assistant that I had but she made me feel so at ease and very comfortable. (Short brown skin sister with natural curly hair)..YOU ROCK! Oh yeah...Dr. Stephen Chan was great too as he performed the work that I desperately needed done in which I have zero complaints about."

"I had my wisdom teeth removed. Not only was the surgery quick and painless, but every single member of their staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I never once felt uncomfortable or unwelcome. I cannot recommend them enough! EDIT: Post-surgery care from them isn’t so great. Left my post-op appointment in way more pain then I went in and was basically told to wait out the pain until it’s better. Ended up spitting up all over myself while they were rinsing out my socket and wasn’t even offered a napkin, just had to wipe it all on my pants while the assistant watched me and then walked away. (Also had to wait 50 minutes after my scheduled time for a 5 minute talk with the doctor. Dr. Chen was my original Dr and I still think he’s great. The other one, not so much.) Also, they tell you to call if you need anything, but when you call, you have to leave a message and they don’t get back to you until 5 hours later when I’ve already helped/figured things out myself. Had a great experience for the first appointment, not so great for the second. I still think they’re great, I assume I just had a bad visit and they were rushed."

"Dr. Chan and the whole team was amazing! I had a lower molar extracted and a bone graft yesterday. I was nervous, but everything went great with hardly any pain. Dr. Chan called me last night to check on me and answer any questions I had. He was very helpful and took time to answer all my questions. The nurses and staff were so friendly and encouraging.
